Protein expression dynamics
Protein expression dynamics can be defined as the ratio between the most abundant and the most discrete protein in a biological sample.
Depending on the type of biological sample, this expression dynamics can be considerably different: it is of 4 magnitude orders for E. coli, 5 for the yeast, 6 for mammalian cells and up to 12 in biological fluids such as plasma.
